How to use it
Register with a phone number, a Microsoft or GitHub account and a non-prepaid credit or debit card. Verification may place a temporary authorization of about $1; this is not a signup charge.
Limits and billing
After 30 days or credit exhaustion, continuing requires a manual switch to Pay As You Go; otherwise the account and services are disabled. After switching, resources above free monthly limits are billed at standard rates. The offer excludes sovereign clouds such as Azure China, US Government and Azure Germany.
