Browsing DevPrice
You do not need an account to browse public prices, deals, product pages, or provider listings. The only place DevPrice asks for an API key is the API Check you deliberately start with a temporary key. That request goes directly from your browser to the endpoint you enter and uses only that key's account credits; the key remains in page memory, never passes through DevPrice servers, and is not written to browser storage. Use a low-limit, short-lived key and revoke it after the check.
Signing in
If you choose Google or GitHub sign-in, DevPrice receives the basic information required to create and recognize your account. This may include an account identifier, display name, profile image, and email address. We use it only for your DevPrice account and features that require sign-in. We do not request access to your repositories, cloud files, contacts, or passwords, and we do not sell your information.
Search and visits
Public keyword searches are not kept as personal search history or attached to an account. Signed-in AI Search sends your question and relevant DevPrice catalog records to ZenMux to generate an answer. DevPrice does not store the question or answer; Supabase stores only the account identifier, date, request status, count, and cost needed for daily limits and abuse prevention. We also review anonymous, aggregated traffic and performance data without building personal behavior profiles.
What you submit
When you send feedback or a source tip, we keep only the text, link, category, or note that you choose to provide. The form does not automatically include your current page, device information, or account identifier. A provider comment stores your account identifier, public display name, provider, text, and time; it is shown publicly and can be deleted by you or hidden by a moderator. Relay operators who use the listing self-recommendation form: the site name, website URL, and optional contact details stay in a private repository and are used only for listing review communication. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, or other sensitive information in any form or comment.
Provider update reminders
When you follow a provider, Supabase stores your account identifier, the provider, an internal path, and the last public update time you have seen. This is used only to show updates in My reminders. The first version sends no email, SMS, or push notification, and you can unfollow at any time. Deleting your account also deletes its comments and reminders.
External websites and your choices
Provider, source, pricing, and deal links may take you to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are separate from DevPrice, so review them before registering or paying. If you want to ask about or delete information associated with your DevPrice account, use the feedback button and include the email address needed to identify the account.
